Old website?
Need an app?
You need a nerd.
Hi, I'm Victor. I design and build websites and apps that actually work, and automate the repetitive tasks that eat your time. You talk to me the whole way: no agency, no middlemen, no telephone game.
Fixed price, set upfront · a reply from me within a day · no calls, ever
What I do, and do properly.
I keep the list short on purpose. A few jobs done right beats a menu of fifty I only half care about.
Website redesign
Your website looks like it's from 2014. Let's change that.
That little hesitation before you send someone your link. Slow, dated, painful on a phone. I take tired sites and make them sharp, fast, and good on every screen. A clean, modern build in a couple of weeks, not six months and a fortune.
- Modern, fast, mobile-perfect rebuild
- Done in a couple of weeks, not months
- You deal with me start to finish, never a game of telephone
- Fixed price, set before I write a line
Web & app development
Got an idea for an app? Let's make it real.
The tool you've been sketching on napkins for a year. You don't need a 20-person studio. You need one person who actually cares whether it works. I turn your idea into something simple to use that does exactly what it should.
- Built from your idea, not a template
- Simple to use, without the bloat or the buzzwords
- Small enough to move fast, obsessive on details
- Fixed price, no surprises
Automations
Doing the same task by hand every day? Let's kill it.
The follow-up you forget to send. The invoice you copy and paste. The spreadsheet you update at 11pm. I build small, quiet automations that handle the boring stuff for you, so your hours go to the work only you can do.
- Follow-ups, reminders and invoices that send themselves
- Connects the tools you already use
- Runs in the background, no babysitting
- Set up once, save hours every week
Website optimization
Site already fine, just slow and leaky? I'll tighten it.
Maybe you don't need a full rebuild. Maybe your site is slow, hard to find on Google, or quietly losing people before they ever message you. I find the leaks and fix them, so the visitors you already get turn into actual clients.
- Faster pages that don't make people wait
- Found on Google by the people near you
- Fewer drop-offs on mobile and on forms
- A clear before and after, no vague "SEO magic"
Receipts.
Talk is cheap, so here's the proof. A few sites I dragged out of the past and into something I'm actually proud to link to.
A nerd with a photographer's eye.
Most coders won't tell you this: writing code that works and building something that looks right are two different skills. I happen to have both.
Before I ever touched a keyboard I spent years as a photographer, so I obsess over light, composition, and the spacing details that make a site feel expensive. I'm not just a dev who can make it function. I have an eye.
I'm 44, based in Argentina, working from home with a very serious team of four dogs who supervise every project and provide world-class moral support. And the fix for the trickiest bug usually shows up somewhere around beer number two.
Why a nerd, not an agency.
- Your words pass through a project manager first
- You're ticket #47 in a packed queue
- The quote quietly creeps up every month
- A team of strangers, none of whom you've met
- "Let me check with the team," then silence
- You talk to the actual nerd, start to finish
- One of a handful of projects I take at a time
- Fixed price, set before I write a single line
- One person who designs, builds and answers you
- A reply from me, usually within a day
Questions, answered straight.
The stuff people email me before we start. If yours isn't here, just ask.
Do you work with businesses in the United States?
Yes. I'm based in Argentina and work remotely with small businesses all over the US. Everything happens by email and in writing, so the time zone barely matters.
How much does a website redesign cost?
Every project is a fixed price I set before I start, so you are never surprised. Most small-business redesigns land in the low four figures. Tell me what you have and I'll give you a real number.
Do you do automations, or just websites?
Both. If you are doing the same task by hand every week, like follow-ups, invoices or reminders, I can usually automate it so it runs on its own and gives you the time back.
Can you make my current site faster instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. If the bones are fine and it is just slow or hard to find on Google, I optimize what you already have instead of charging you for a full rebuild.
Why don't you do phone calls?
Email keeps everything in writing, so nothing gets misremembered and you can reach me whenever it suits you, even at 2am. It is genuinely faster for both of us.
How long does a project take?
A typical small-business website is a couple of weeks, not months. Apps and automations depend on what they need to do, and I tell you the timeline upfront.
What do I get that an agency won't give me?
You talk to the person actually doing the work, start to finish. No project managers, no ticket queue, no quote that creeps up every month.
Let's build something good.
No forms with forty fields, no sales pitch, no "schedule a discovery call with our team." Just tell me what you've got: an old site, a new idea, or a question. I'll get back to you myself, usually within a day.
One small confession before you write.
I don't do phone calls. Or video calls. Or "quick syncs" that somehow eat a whole afternoon. I'm an email guy, and I promise that's a feature, not me being weird:
- Everything's in writing, so nothing gets "misremembered" three weeks later.
- You can message me at 2am in your pajamas. I'll reply when my brain is actually on.
- No 40-minute call to say what fits in three sentences.
- Every decision has a paper trail, so "wait, what did we agree on?" never happens.
So go ahead and type. It's genuinely the fastest way to work with me.
Got it. Thanks.
Your message is on its way to me. I'll reply myself, usually within a day. Talk soon, Victor.
